Our extranet is without a doubt the most unique, high end and customer-friendly feature on our site. It is a password protected section that allows our clients to view, comment on and approve designs we create for them. It has many useful features, the most prominent two being our custom slide show feature and the design specific bulletin boards.

As we create visual designs for you we add them to your personal extranet account which only your organization can access. You can then view these design in our highly customizable slide show feature. It allows you to peruse visuals in a timed sequence or in any order you want. You can change the size of the designs to show you anything from a global view to a view of the smallest detail or anything in between. You can even change the background color behind the design to your preference. All in all our slide show allows you to get a strong and complete feel for the designs we build you before you approve them.

Each design, feature or webpage we build you will appear on your personal extranet account and each will have its own personal bulletin board. We’ve added the bulletin boards to give you and other individuals involved in the project the ability to comment on, ask questions about and suggest changes to these production elements. You can even respond to each other and carry on a running discussion.

Our extranet will also give you the ability to approve designs or web pages once viewed, which will give us the signal to either start the coding process or put the pages live on your website. Our client extranet can be accessed from anywhere by anyone who has a user account and so is a great centralized place to view, comment on, discuss, suggest edits and approve our work during the production process. The extranet makes the production process a lot smoother and more convenient for all of us.
