Who do you think has the coolest picture?

Web Emulsion is a fledgling business in the world of web development. Our crew is very talented and highly experienced in their relative areas of expertise.

We started Web Emulsion because all of us recognized the extraordinary talent we each have in our fields of expertise. It is exactly this talent that sets us apart from the pack and allows us to give you the site that you’ve always wanted. You will get a very strongly branded, visually pleasing and uniquely designed web site from us every time.

We like to add an artistic flair to our sites since we believe this lends to uniqueness and strong branding. We recognize that standing out on the web these days is essential due to the amount of competition out there, however we are more than capable of doing any kind of design your customers will respond to.

Once we get started we tend to have a clear vision of what we feel a site should look like and are always able to make that vision a reality. We are all strongly creative types who love to exercise that muscle. All you have to do is tell us your vision of your organization or company and let us bring that vision to life.

Sincerely,

Tony de Leeuw

Tony de Leeuw
Project Manager & Market Strategist

I am the resident marketing and project management expert. After spending a few years doing a stint as a production manager in the animation industry I realized I could not find my muse there. I wanted to be part of my own business and when the opportunity to work with these two extremely talented people came my way I jumped at it, I mean I really got some air. I take care of all the details, make sure everything runs smoothly and make sure that you know exactly what’s going on. I will always be there to allay any concern or answer any question you might have.

I can also help in developing a cohesive marketing strategy for your business that best targets your specific customer base or the one you want access to. I have a very strong sense for defining, marketing and appealing to target audiences. I use this sense to write or edit marketing copy, creating concepts for visual marketing materials such as defining and forming the look and feel for your site and authoring website features that will appeal to and expand your customer base. From project management to customer friendly website features to design and branding to copy writing and editing, I do a little of everything.

Michael Thorne
Web Grandmaster aka Web Dork

After graduating from UCLA in ecological studies, I soon became interested in programming and I have since been building innovative, original technologies. I have 8 years of experience behind me now and still dig every minute of creating new code. I started at Careerpath.com, then one of the biggest job/career sites on the web, as a low rank HTML coder barely knowing what I was doing. I took to web development like a fish to water however and as my skills flourished I went on an almost meteoric rise through the company. Within 6 months I was promoted twice and made the Webmaster of the whole enchilada. When Careerpath merged with Careerbuilder and moved to the East coast, I was among the 20 or so people out of 200 they asked to come along. I am a native Californian however and was not about to leave my home. I then moved on to work with USAToday and Gannett to launch a new careers website for the largest newspaper affiliation in the world. I started as Webmaster and developed an extremely innovative web technology that saved them oodles of money. I left this job to start Web Emulsion and now want to bring my skills into play for our clients.

I love looking for the ecology behind programming, the natural selection in the code I use, the way the mind of the computer works. I am always looking for the next piece of that puzzle and every time I find one there are infinite possibilities on how to use it to expand what I do. I build some of the most efficient and creative code around and always look forward to my next challenge.
